KAV GINZA offers FREE shipping Australia wide on orders over $75. All domestic orders under $75 will be charged $5 for delivery. 

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard Delivery. All orders will be processed within 48 hours during business hours (9:00 AM-5:30 PM AEDT) Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next working business day. Please allow up to 3-5 business days

for delivery.

Free International Shipping is available on orders over $99. All orders under $99 is at a $10 flat rate. Delivery on all international order is expected to be 7-10 business days. Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

We make an effort to reduce our impact on the environment. We are proud to deliver to you using zero-waste, home compostable and 100% biodegradable mailer bags. These bags are mainly made from corn starch and cassava roots to completely break down within 90 days in a compostable environment!
